The Moscow City Court approved a fine of 30 thousand rubles, which was imposed on comedian and songwriter Semyon Slepakov. This is evidenced by the documents in the file of the court.

"Leave the resolution (decision) without modification, and the complaint / protest without satisfaction," the case file says.

The appeal was filed on February 2 of this year. The fine was imposed in June last year, in September Slepakov filed a complaint against the court's decision, but the court refused to review the decision.

"Slepakov distributed materials in the Telegram messenger without indicating that these materials were produced and distributed by a foreign agent," the definition says.

As reported by EADaily, Slepakov was entered into the register of individuals — foreign agents of the Ministry of Justice on April 14, 2023. The department explained that he received support from foreign sources, opposed the special operation, formed a negative attitude towards military service and public service in general, and spoke negatively about Russian citizens.

Slepakov repeatedly tried to get rid of the status of a foreign agent by filing lawsuits against the Ministry of Justice.
