In relation to stand-up comedian and blogger Danila Transversal*, a protocol on an administrative offense was drawn up under the article on discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. The corresponding card has been published on the portal of Moscow courts of general jurisdiction.
It is indicated that the protocol was drawn up under Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. The protocol was registered on October 31 of the current year, the date of consideration has not yet been set.

The representative of the Ministry of Justice at the trial explained that Transverse * was recognized as a foreign agent for receiving money from organizations from the United States and Ireland.
The official said that the stand-up comedian received $ 55.8 thousand from Google Ireland Limited and $ 6.4 thousand dollars from the company Fullscreen.
