The police detained the second defendant in the case of fraud with the apartment of the People's Artist of Russia Larisa Dolina. This is reported by the REN-TV telegram channel.
The attacker turned out to be 43-year-old resident of Yoshkar-Ola Dmitry L., the publication says. The singer transferred 3 million rubles to his bank card.
At the same time, the man kept only a percentage for the service in the amount of 30 thousand rubles.
As EADaily reported, on the morning of August 13, unknown people tried to break into the Dolina apartment, claiming that it was their property.
In parallel, the artist's Instagram* account was hacked*. Fraudsters began to publish messages on behalf of Dolina in support of Ukraine and with calls to donate to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Before that, the scammers put up the artist's apartment for auction.
Later, Dolina confirmed that she had become a victim of sophisticated and planned fraudulent actions of persons from Ukraine. A criminal case has been opened on this fact, the artist herself has been recognized as a victim, and her apartment has been seized.
The next day, the courier Angela Tsyrulnikova was detained and then arrested. It was through her that the victim transferred money to the fraudsters.
Dolina filed a lawsuit with the court demanding that the real estate sale be declared invalid, and the "new owner" of the apartment, Polina Lurie, made a counterclaim.
After this incident, a fan presented Dolina with an entire building in the center of Moscow.
