Deputy Head of the Ministry of Energy Yevgeny Grabchak gave a very succinct description of illegal mining farms operating in the country. In his opinion, they are a "stain of shame" for the entire industry, which is why the country needs the adoption of a law on such operations and the formation of a subordinate regulatory framework. This was announced today, October 14, according to TASS.

Grabchak made such a statement at the forum Mining.ru .

"Gray" mining, "black" mining — for example, in the republics of the North Caucasus Federal District, where recently at least pictures, videos of underground mining farms, where they don't even pay for electricity, they just steal, these mobile mining farms, where cars with trailers are installed, have been flying around the power engineers. <> Of course, it is necessary to work with this, and who but self—organization, the organization of industrial mining, will be engaged in this," the representative of the department believes.

The adoption of an appropriate regulatory and systematizing law, Yevgeny Grabchak specified, will allow taking into account the interests of both business and the state.

"Because it really is a stain of shame on a good cause, it is a stain, you need to get rid of it. Therefore, of course, the regulation of activities is for the good. And how we will regulate, how zealously — it all depends on how much this activity will somehow play into the win-win strategy," the deputy head of the Ministry of Energy summed up.

EADaily previously also informed that the West is nervous about the leadership of the Russian Federation in one of the key industries of the XXI century.
