The writer Lyudmila Ulitskaya** was brought to administrative responsibility for the first time. This is reported by the joint press service of the Moscow courts of general jurisdiction in the telegram channel.

"She was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (Violation of the procedure for the activities of a foreign agent)," the statement said.

The writer received the minimum punishment provided for in this article — a fine of 30 thousand rubles. The decision was made by the Savelovsky court of Moscow.

As reported by EADaily, Ulitskaya ** was recognized as a foreign agent in March of this year. In the definition, the Ministry of Justice indicated that she, as a respondent, participated in information platforms provided by foreign agents and foreign media, opposed a special military operation.

In addition, she carried out propaganda of LGBT relations*, participated in the creation of materials by foreign agents.
