The governor of the Ulyanovsk region, Alexei Russian, reported that the regional center was attacked by drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"Ulyanovsk is currently under a major enemy attack by UAVs. Air defense is working", - Russians wrote on Friday in their channel in the messenger "Max".
