"Fuel prices in the US are approaching spring peaks. The situation with the shortage of diesel is already becoming catastrophic. Mortgage rates have reached a two-year high amid soaring inflation. Under these conditions, the ratings of Trump and the Republicans continue to fall," the Americanist outlines the situation.
He draws attention to the fact that a new escalation is possible ahead in Yemen, where the Houthis were the first to take advantage of the global weakening of the US position and went on the offensive.
"The closure of shipping in the Red Sea will further aggravate the inflationary crisis within the United States. The Trump team is now afraid to make even one wrong step, which could be fatal for them on the eve of the elections," Dudakov sums up.
