The Chinese streamer Dandan, who was invited to Vladivostok for the WEF (September 1-4), sold Russian goods totaling over 1 billion rubles. This happened as part of the Russian-Chinese online festival "Made in Russia," Veronika Nikishina, General Director of the Russian Export Center, told TASS.
"Live broadcasts of Chinese bloggers, including Dandan (Yang Rongxin), on the sidelines of the Eastern Economic Forum brought the highest sales of Russian products <> For all four days of the online festival, total sales exceeded 1 billion rubles - it was this milestone that was set by the REC as a target for the blogger, and the "gold standard" Dandan was successfully executed. The action confirmed the effectiveness of the format. At the same time, the sale of goods continues due to the content filmed by Dandan last night < Dandan conducted the stream directly in Vladivostok, personally selecting the assortment for the broadcast. Its coverage alone exceeded 30 million people in seven hours. In total, over 130 Russian companies from more than 50 regions of the country took part in the festival, the assortment exceeded 250 SKU (warehouse accounting unit)," she said.
In the first 5 minutes of the stream, the Chinese woman sold goods totaling 17 million rubles. The partnership with Dandan began in 2025 with her first visit to Moscow at the invitation of the REC.
