Doctor and TV presenter Alexander Myasnikov tried to make a diet menu of conditionally harmful foods, including 330 ml of beer. A post on this topic appeared in his telegram channel.

"There is only benefit in this dose! B vitamins, trace elements — potassium, magnesium. Silicon! Beer is one of the fairly rich food sources of an easily digestible orthosilicon compound," the doctor wrote.

He added that silicon is involved in the exchange of connective and bone tissue.

"Malt and hop polyphenols — ferulic acid, catechins, proanthocyanidins, etc. They have antioxidant activity," Myasnikov concluded.

As reported by EADaily, in May of this year, Myasnikov admitted that after an operation to replace the lens of his eye, he drank beer, contrary to doctors' prohibitions.

He complained that in the postoperative period, doctors put up a lot of prohibitions, that even beer is impossible, supposedly carbonated drinks can provoke swelling in the eye. Only it is possible to drip constantly into the eye for two weeks.

"I didn't want a beer, and then I basically drank a glass that I can't do anything! Well, them," the TV presenter emphasized.
