A strong explosion thundered in St. Petersburg at about 10 am on Kolpinsky highway near a grocery store. An explosive device went off in the car where the serviceman and his wife were staying.
As a result of the explosion, a 53-year-old man died. The woman was taken to the intensive care unit in serious condition. The explosion occurred immediately after the driver started the Geely crossover engine and drove a few meters, TC Shot points out.
