Moscow is preparing for the visit of the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko to Russia, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov told RIA Novosti.
"Yeah. He is leading," Peskov said, answering a question about the Kremlin's preparations for Lukashenko's visit to Russia.
The President of Belarus on Tuesday announced plans to meet with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin and Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin in the near future.
On Tuesday, Lukashenka received First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov in Minsk.
