A US military transport plane that took off from Germany transmitted an emergency code in the skies over Europe. This is evidenced by data from the flight tracking site Flightradar24.

According to Flightradar24, the flight took off from the German airbase Spangdal and is now in the airspace of the Czech Republic.

The American transporter transmitted the Squawk 7700 code.

This is a universal emergency signal in aviation, meaning a general emergency on board. This code is used in case of engine failure, depressurization, fire, medical situation on board, lack of fuel, as well as any emergency situation requiring priority landing.

As EADaily reported, the military transport plane on which CIA chief John Ratcliffe arrived in Moscow took off from Vnukovo. This is evidenced by the data of the flight tracking system.
