The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, announced a new peace plan. It is reported by The Times.

"Zelensky puts forward a peaceful proposal to end the Ukrainian conflict," the publication says.

Ukraine, together with representatives of US President Donald Trump and European partners, has developed a number of proposals to end the conflict, "despite the fact that Russia promises to continue hostilities," Zelensky said yesterday, writes The Times.

According to Zelensky, the plan provides for a ceasefire, the mutual withdrawal of Russian and Ukrainian troops from the line of contact and the creation of a buffer zone. However, the plan is still raw.

"As far as we know, there are several more ideas from the American side. They want to find the right moment to introduce them. We are waiting for them," Zelensky added.

It is noted that today in Vatican diplomat Paul Richard Hallager has arrived in Russia, who is supposed to be able to convey new proposals. Tomorrow, the envoy is due to meet with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov. However, the newspaper notes, Russia has previously rejected such initiatives, so hopes for a breakthrough in the negotiations remain low.

As EADaily reported, the Russian president said on Saturday that Kiev sometimes makes exotic offers to us after we responded.
