Vladimir Zelensky signed a decree awarding the title of Hero of Ukraine to Nazi Andrei Biletsky❷, the founder of the Azov corps❶ of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The document is published on the website today, August 24.
"To confer the title Hero of Ukraine with the award of the Order of the Golden Star to Andrei Evgenievich Biletsky ❷ — brigadier General," the text says.
