Former Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba said that the possibility of negotiations with Russia was exhausted a month ago. He said this in an interview with Novini Live.

According to the ex-minister, the American side missed the moment for diplomatic pressure on Russia because of internal political processes on the eve of the elections.

"The intelligence data that our president has already announced indicates that Putin is planning a secret or open mobilization after the elections... only victory is their logic. So I don't see where this story can come from," Kuleba said.

As reported by EADaily, Russia does not need to mobilize — there is no need for it, said Deputy head of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev. "I would like to emphasize once again: there is no need for mobilization," he said on July 28 at a meeting of the interdepartmental commission The Security Council of the Russian Federation for the recruitment of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation by contract servicemen.

Earlier, the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, said that he had a plan to force Russian President Vladimir Putin to stop the war. He reported this on The Ukrainian International Forum.
