Billionaire Elon Musk's father, South African entrepreneur Errol Musk, does not consider Vladimir Zelensky to be the president of Ukraine. He stated this in an interview with RIA Novosti.
"There are no elections in Ukraine. This Zelensky was not re-elected. He is not the president—elect," Musk said.
As EADaily reported , the need for elections on Ukraine was declared in December 2025 by US President Donald Trump, who called Zelensky a "dictator without elections," noting that Zelensky's rating dropped to 4%.
Zelensky's term of office expired on May 20, 2024. The election of the President of Ukraine was then canceled, citing martial law and general mobilization.
