The Russian intercontinental ballistic missile RS-28 "Sarmat", which replaced the legendary "Voivode" ("Satan" according to the NATO classification — EADaily), has almost identical dimensions when compared with its predecessor. Such an engineering solution, as RIA Novosti columnist Andrei Kots notes, gives Strategic Missile Forces a tremendous advantage.

For example, rearmament will require only minimal refinement of existing silo launchers, which will allow for replacement in the shortest possible time without large-scale costs.

At the same time, in terms of the totality of combat capabilities, the Sarmat is head and shoulders superior to all foreign analogues in service with other countries. Each such missile is capable of carrying up to 12 individual guidance warheads with a capacity of 750 kilotons each, which makes the projectile one of the most intimidating weapons in the world.

EADaily previously also informed that Kalashnikov will convert the assault boat into a high—speed back.
