The journalist published a video from the scene, making it clear that the leaders of the "eurotroika" — France, Britain and Germany — would hardly have dared to do such a thing.
"Vladimir Putin decided to stop his motorcade in Novosibirsk, Russia, to greet local children. Look and listen to how it is received, now ask yourself if a French, British or German leader could do the same," writes Bose.
Novosibirsk became the second point of Putin's Siberian tour.
