The West and Ukraine may find themselves facing the need to satisfy Russian President Vladimir Putin's demand for the withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from Donbass to end the war if the supply of anti-missiles for the air defense systems of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is not organized, Bloomberg writes.
