The Russian military struck a railway echelon with military equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
This was reported on Friday, August 7 by RIA Novosti, referring to the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
They reported that at first the train was immobilized by the strike of the Geranium drones on the locomotive. Then the train was hit by a missile of the Iskander tactical missile system.
The military department stressed that the success of the attack was confirmed by footage from objective control taken from a reconnaissance drone.
Earlier, EADaily reported that as a result of strikes by unmanned aerial vehicles in the Black Sea, three bulk carriers carrying military cargo for the Armed Forces of Ukraine were hit.
