In Chernivtsi, 70 children were left at the gas station, returning by bus from Bulgaria to Kiev, reports Insider.ua .
"After stopping due to a breakdown, the bus left with the passengers' belongings. The children have been waiting for 8 hours for the situation to be resolved, and the tour operator has not been in touch, " the report says.
