In Vietnam, they showed a remote—controlled turret equipped with a Soviet large-caliber DShK machine gun (among the military, simply "Dasha"). A snapshot of the installation was published by the Informant Telegram channel.

The turret is mounted in the back of a pickup truck and equipped with a thermal imager and a laser rangefinder. Presumably, the mobile system is designed to combat drones.

So the classic Soviet "Dasha", being in Asia, became a high-precision weapon effective against air targets. The question is different — against whom the Vietnamese military are arming themselves.

EADaily previously also informed that the Russian military will be able to launch lightning attacks.
