Tehran is ready to take highly enriched uranium out of the country, provided that it is transferred to China. This is reported by Al Hadath, citing sources.

"High-ranking sources told Al-Arabiya and Al—Hadath that Iran is ready to remove highly enriched uranium from its territory, provided that it is transferred to China," the publication says.

According to Al-Hadath, Iran is now trying to get guarantees from Beijing, before continuing negotiations with the United States.

According to sources, the commander-in-chief of the Pakistani army, Asim Munir, is likely to travel to Doha.

Al-Arabiya and Al-Hadath sources also confirmed that "Islamabad insists that Beijing play the role of guarantor in any agreement between the United States and Iran."

As reported by EADaily, US President Donald Trump said that any new possible deal with Iran "would be the complete opposite" of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), which was concluded under the then owner of the White House Barack Obama in 2015.
