The animation project of the Riki Group of Companies (GC), the Fixiki animated series, has been translated into 33 languages and is presented all over the world. This was stated to TASS by the general director of the group Yulia Nemchina.
GK "Ricky" is associated with the creation of such cartoons as "Smeshariki", "Pincode", "Finnik".
"Our animation projects are in demand in a wide variety of countries — from Latin America to the Middle East and China. Fixiki has been translated into 33 languages and is presented all over the world, the cartoon is officially recommended by educational platforms for extracurricular activities in schools, and this is the best demonstration of trust in the brand," she believes.
According to Nemchina, China remains the strategic animation market for Riki Group.
"Here, our joint project with YouKu "Tim and Tom" has long gained huge popularity, having collected more than 6.5 billion views, and we are already working on the fifth season," she added.
The Ricky Group of Companies, founded in 2003, is one of the leaders of the Russian animation market. Its structure includes two computer animation studios — "Petersburg" (based in St. Petersburg) and Aeroplane (based in Moscow). The animated series created by the studios have been translated into more than 40 languages, and the rights have been sold in more than 160 countries around the world.
As reported by EADaily, the animation projects "Three Cats" and "Masha and the Bear" have become the most popular cartoons among Russian viewers, according to a study by the online cinema "KION".
Also in the top of the most popular are the "time—tested" Cheburashka projects. The secret of the holiday", "Vovka and winter in a Faraway kingdom", "Umka on the Christmas tree", "Blue tractor" and "Prostokvashino".
