The fire broke out at a gas processing plant at the largest in The United Arab Emirates oil and gas field Habshan, the press service of the government of the capital Emirate of the UAE Abu Dhabi.
"Abu Dhabi authorities are fighting a fire at a gas processing plant in Habshan," the press service said.
Details of the incident have not yet been reported.
