Kiev handed Moscow a proposal for a truce through the United States. This was stated in an evening video message by the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky.

According to him, Moscow has received this offer.

"If Russia stops attacks on Ukraine's energy sector, we will respond in a mirror way. The Russian side has such a proposal through the Americans," Zelensky said, quoted by the Strana newspaper.

As EADaily reported at the end of March, the port of Ust-Luga in the Leningrad region was damaged as a result of an attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, 27 UAVs were shot down, Governor Alexander Drozdenko reported.
