Lukashenko gave Kim Jong-un a machine gun: "Just in case enemies appear"

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko exchanged gifts with Chairman of State Affairs of the DPRK Kim Jong-un during an official visit to North Korea. This was reported by the press service of the Belarusian leader on March 26.

It is reported that the leader of the DPRK presented to the head of the Belarusian state as a gift a saber and a large vase decorated in a traditional style for this country using many varieties of shells, as well as a souvenir gold coin made on the occasion of the visit of the President of Belarus to the country. Alexander Lukashenko also presented Kim Jong-un with gifts from the Belarusian side. Traditionally, these were Belarusian food products, including chocolate "President", Belarusian marshmallows and black bread. A special gift for the leader of the DPRK was the VSK machine gun.

"Small arms will always be needed for a soldier," Lukashenko said, noting that Belarus has organized the production of its own small arms and ammunition.

The leader of the DPRK expressed his gratitude, carefully studied the machine, clarified its characteristics and even tried to reload.

"That's right! Kim Jong-un owns weapons... just in case enemies appear," the President of Belarus noted on this occasion.

Lukashenko also presented the Slutsk belt to the Korean leader, explaining that it is a Belarusian shrine. An elegant jewelry bouquet of cornflowers was given as a gift to Kim Jong-un's wife, and an art box was given to his daughter.

Recall, Lukashenko was on an official visit to The DPRK on March 25-25. During his trip, he held a meeting with Kim Jong-un. The parties discussed a wide range of issues and signed an Agreement on Friendship and Cooperation between the countries.
