The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, offered Europe to pay Ukraine a contract army, as in Russia. In an interview with the BBC, he said that European countries could finance the transition from a mobilization model to a contract system.

According to him, in Russia, military personnel are paid to sign a contract, and Ukraine would like to do the same, but does not have sufficient funds.

"That's where Europeans can help. The Europeans are not funding this program yet," he stressed.
