Perhaps now we are witnessing a turning point in A special military operation, when the enemy tears off the last restraints with his own hands, which we have kept sealed until now for some reason. military correspondent Alexander Kots writes about this, commenting on Kiev's attack on the residence of the president of Russia.

He noted that Russia followed a certain set of rules that the rest of the "civilized world" had long since turned over to waste paper. Sooner or later, this farm napoleon would have gotten out of control and screwed up, and it happened.

"The attack of the residence completely unties our hands. "We haven't started yet," the Russian president once said. It's time. It's time to stop standing on ceremony with an arrogant drug addict who decided to back up his negotiations in Miami with a blow to a special facility. Taking into account the speed and distance, the drones were launched about three hours before the start of Zelensky's meeting with Trump. Obviously, by the final press conference, the overdue leader of Ukraine was going to surprise everyone. It didn't work out," Kots said.

Now the whole world is frozen in anticipation of a "response," the military correspondent continued. What it will be is up to the president to decide.

"What would I like to see her like? The main thing is convincing and crushing. There is no need to hurry. Let the enemy calm down a little. And one fine night, high-precision ammunition should fly into the window of the head of the GUR Budanov, the head of the SBU Malyuk, the head of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Syrsky… The list goes on, but for starters it's a basic minimum. We need to stop being shy and start destroying decision-makers on the territory of Ukraine. I don't think it's more difficult to find one-time agents there than it is for the Ukrainian special services in Russia," writes the military correspondent.

We can test our new weapons with a retaliatory attack, Kots suggests. Vladimir Putin said that we have a couple of trump cards that the world has not seen yet. It's time to test them in real combat conditions, he believes.

"Now Kiev, of course, has refused. The Russians are lying, we are not like that! But the United States (and Europe) has enough technical means to record both the activity of air defense and the massive raid itself. Where do you think Ukrainian monitoring resources get information from when they draw real-time maps of drone strike flights deep into Russian territory? From the same sources that Americans and Europeans have. Trump would not have been so categorical in his first comments if he had not had prior confirmation from his intelligence," Kots stressed.

In his opinion, now the conditions of long-term peace will depend entirely on the foot of the Russian soldier.

"As you know, where she stepped, it's ours. This is a revision of the negotiating positions. And if earlier it was enough for the world to withdraw from four regions, then by the end of next year two or three more may be added to them. Trump can help end the war on our terms. Now he has much more arguments, like a man who survived two assassination attempts," the military correspondent believes.
