After the meeting in London, Zelensky demanded approval of US guarantees by Congress

US guarantees of Ukraine's security must be approved by Congress. This was stated after a meeting with the leaders of key EU countries in London by the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, according to RBC — Ukraine.

"The strongest security guarantees we can get come from The United States. Of course, if this is not the Budapest Memorandum, then not empty promises, but will be voted in The US Congress," he said.

As reported by EADaily, Zelensky met today in London with Prime Minister Keir Starmer, French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz. Macron and Merz left the meeting earlier, refusing to comment to the press. The one-on-one conversation between Starmer and Zelensky also ended without comment.
