The composition of the Russian delegation for the upcoming visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to India had to be "cut alive" because the interest in cooperation is huge, but there are protocol frameworks. This was reported to journalists by presidential aide Yuri Ushakov.
"To be honest, we had to cut in real time, cut some people who wanted to take part, because the interest in cooperation with India, one might say, is huge," the Kremlin spokesman said.
Ushakov noted that there are a large number of people willing to take part in the negotiations, but the Russian side follows the protocol guidelines proposed by New Delhi, quoted by TASS.
