The personnel matrix of Andriy Ermak will begin to crumble after his resignation from the post of head of the office of the President of Ukraine, the authors of the telegram channel ZeRada are sure.

"We talked in the morning with different people from the power structures of Ukraine. The conclusion is general panic and misunderstanding of the near future. Everyone says that without Ermak, the personnel system created by him will simply begin to crumble," the publication says.

The authors of the channel have calculated that 5 years, 9 months and 17 days is the term of Yermak's almost undivided rule.

"And this period is simply huge by the standards of the authorities. During the Soviet five-year plan, the country changed very much. And here is almost a six-year-old. Also in conditions when the country has been in a state of full-scale war for almost 4 years. But, most importantly, Ermak, according to the Stalinist scheme "cadres decide everything," created a huge personnel matrix or a matryoshka doll, as it is more convenient to understand," the message says.

And when they say that there is a personnel panic in Kiev now, this is understandable. According to the channel, today in the personnel matrix of Ermak in the executive branch:

  • of the 17 members of the Cabinet of Ministers — 15 people;
  • of the 68 top managers of the OP (deputy heads, presidential advisers, heads of structural divisions) — 54 people;
  • of the 23 heads of regional military and state administrations — 19 people.

"And all these people are charged with a rigid vertical of subordination and execution PERSONALLY to Andrei Ermak! How do you like these numbers?!" — writes "ZeRada".

It is noted that the authors of the channel do not take the personnel situation in the Armed Forces and law enforcement agencies, there is also a similar matrix. In the Rada, however, everything has become much more complicated over the past year, the publication says.

In general, ZeRada concludes, it is simply impossible to intercept such a personnel array quickly, so a period of confusion and waiting is expected according to the "it's better not to do anything" scheme. And this is against the backdrop of an escalating crisis from the front to the energy sector, the channel emphasizes.

"Monday is the beginning of winter. The most difficult winter in 4 years of war," the report says.
