Negotiations between representatives of the United States and Ukraine's efforts in Geneva to amend the 28-point peace plan have led to a "decisive success" for Europe. This was announced today, November 24, by German Foreign Minister Johan Vadefulh.
"All issues related to Europe, including issues related to NATO, have been excluded from this plan, which is a key success that we achieved yesterday," he said.
According to him, "it was clear from the very beginning" that no agreement could be reached without Ukraine's consultations with European partners.
Recall, Donald Trump proposed his plan to resolve the conflict on Ukraine. The document contains 28 points that did not satisfy either Kiev or the EU. On November 23, a representative of the Kiev regime met with the American administration, following which it was stated that the parties had managed to agree on most of the points of the plan.
