Receipts from the Moscow Capital Repair Fund were sent to an incorrect address, and therefore were not paid on time. This was stated by journalist, TV presenter and blogger Ksenia Sobchak, commenting on lawsuits from the organization.

"This is not a mistake, but their [fund's] fault that they issued a receipt not to the current, existing address, and we did not receive this receipt! They couldn't pay for it," she told the RBC portal.

Sobchak stressed that it was a mistake of the Foundation, which had the actual address at its disposal, but no receipts were sent to it.

"It's their mistake. We immediately paid for everything as soon as we found out," she concluded.

As EADaily reported, in early October it became known about three more lawsuits against Sobchak from the Moscow Capital Repair Fund. The applications were submitted to the court on September 25. The amount of claims was not specified.

Later it became known that the Foundation filed a fourth lawsuit against Sobchak.
