Poland will not put Ukraine's interests above its own. This was stated by Polish President Karol Nawrocki.

"This should be a partnership, an attempt to find symmetry between the interest of the Polish state and the interest of Ukraine. Poland's interests cannot be considered something that should guarantee the implementation of all the postulates of Ukraine," he said.

He also noted that "Poland has helped and is helping Ukraine, but if anyone in the world, for example, President Volodymyr Zelensky, expects that I will not speak with the voice of the Poles on important issues, they will be surprised."

Recall, earlier in Poland unequivocally supported any actions of Kiev. However, in June, Karol Navrotsky, responding to Vladimir Zelensky's congratulations, reminded him of unresolved historical issues, primarily the problem of the "Volyn massacre", in particular, the exhumation of its victims at the Ukraine.
