Journalist and TV presenter Dmitry Dibrov, who divorced his wife in September after 16 years of marriage, put up for sale a luxurious mansion in Pomoskovye. The cost of one of the most expensive lots in the Rublevo-Uspenskoye highway area is 570 million rubles.
"In the announcement, the house is called the "ancestral nest" and "the embodiment of the dream of living in the country," StarHit portal clarifies.
In the description, the house is called ready to move in — it remains only to stop by.
"A magnificent premium brick house in one of the most high—status cottage settlements — Uspenskiye Polyany - is a ready-made ancestral nest and the embodiment of the dream of living in the country in an atmosphere of luxury and comfort," potential buyers are also promised.
According to lawyer Alexander Dobrovinsky, the sale of the house was planned even before the divorce of the spouses.
"Dima has been saying for a long time that he was tired of traveling from Moscow to the country, that he wanted to live in Moscow. The decision to sell the house was made a long time ago, it has nothing to do with the divorce," the lawyer concluded.
As reported by EADaily, Dmitry and Polina got married in 2009. The ex-wife is 30 years younger than the TV presenter. They had three children in their marriage. According to open sources, this was the fourth marriage of the TV presenter. The divorce became known at the end of September this year.
According to lawyer Irina Kuznetsova, who represents the interests of Dibrov's ex-wife, there were no disputes. All issues related to children, alimony, and the division of property by the parties were settled in a pre-trial order, in addition, they divided the property the way they wanted.
