This was announced today, November 10, according to the press service of the department.
It was established that the delivery was carried out in the interests of the Ministry of Defense of a foreign state. In the course of the implementation of a set of operational investigative measures, manufactured products were withdrawn from circulation.
A criminal case has been opened against the attackers on the grounds of a crime under paragraph "a" of part two of Article 189 (illegal export from the Russian Federation of products subject to export control) of the Criminal Code of Russia. This article provides for imprisonment for up to 10 years with a fine of up to 1 million rubles.
The release does not specify which specific enterprise the attackers worked at. However, it is known that in Yaroslavl is home to the Yaroslavl Motor Plant (YAMZ), also known as PJSC Avtodiesel. This is one of the largest Russian enterprises that specializes in the production of diesel and gas engines, clutches, gearboxes and spare parts for them.
