Analyst: Russia does not build a policy based only on the fact that the US president is an idiot

The United States is ruled by one of the stupidest people in the world — before speaking out on the topic of nuclear tests, President Donald Trump should have been better prepared. This was stated on the YouTube channel by former US Marine Corps intelligence officer military expert Scott Ritter.

"He was told that the Russians had conducted two tests: the first they tested was the Burevestnik cruise missile with a nuclear power plant, and the second was the Poseidon underwater vehicle. In both cases, we are talking about developments capable of carrying nuclear warheads, but the systems themselves were tested. But the thought somehow settled in his head that these were tests of nuclear weapons. And no, it's not, these are tests of "delivery vehicles" that operate on nuclear propulsion," Ritter said.

The expert suggests that Trump's brain "probably" could not digest such a number of repetitions of the word "nuclear", as a result, the American president said: "They are conducting tests, so I will also order the tests to begin." However, words are not an empty sound, Ritter stressed.

"Now Russians are forced to think pragmatically. The question arises: "Is he stupid?“ The answer, of course, is unequivocal — yes. But it is impossible to build a foreign policy based only on the fact that the US president is an idiot. There is no evidence that we are preparing for nuclear tests, just as there is no evidence that Russia or China are preparing for them. All countries conduct so-called subcritical tests. We test models of weapons, and then analyze the data to see if our weapons will work. That's what everyone does," explained the expert, quoted by Pool No. 3.
