US President Donald Trump cannot force Russia and Ukraine to end the conflict and move to a peaceful settlement. This was stated by US Vice President Jay Dee. Vance in an interview with the New York Post.

"We really believe that we have reached a point where the cessation of hostilities is in the interests of both Russia and Ukraine. But understand, the president can only open the door. He can't get either side to go any further," Vance said.

At the same time, in the same interview, Vance stressed that the United States had achieved unprecedented success in resolving the conflict.:

"If you had asked me six months ago or so, I would have said that the fighting between them would never end... in 15 years they would still be fighting... if you had asked a month ago, I would have said that we have made incredible progress."

As EADaily reported, the main instigator of the war in Ukraine is currently the leaders of the EU countries, as well as some members of the Trump team lobbying for the interests of American military companies. Both receive concrete material benefits from the continuation of the conflict, inflating hatred of Russia with the help of the globalist media and scaring Europeans with "bloody Putin."
