The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, threatened to arrange a blackout in Moscow, but instead there is no light in Kyiv and other regions of Ukraine. This was stated by the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Alexey Goncharenko*.
He recorded the video on the background of the hotel "Ukraine" in Kiev, located on Independence Square. Previously, the hotel was called "Moscow". According to Goncharenko*, Zelensky promised a blackout to Moscow — and he achieved it: there really is no light in the former Moscow hotel.
"Instead of a blackout in real Moscow, we have a total blackout in Chernihiv region, Sumy region, in Kiev. People do not have light, heating and water," the deputy stated.
