Russia lulled NATO to sleep and gave it the opportunity to place weapons depots and military-industrial complex enterprises in Western Ukraine, and now it is systematically destroying them. This was stated on the YouTube channel by former US Marine Corps officer military analyst Scott Ritter.

"Russia allowed NATO to deploy defense facilities and weapons depots in Western Ukraine... If it had acted decisively right away, then these warehouses and defense industrial facilities would have been built on NATO territory, which means they are out of reach for Russia," Ritter said, quoted by RIA Novosti.

Russia inspired the alliance that the West of Ukraine is absolutely safe, and it bought into this trick, and now it's losing billions, the expert noted.

"As a result, the West has invested hundreds of billions of dollars in the creation of these facilities in Western Ukraine… And last week Russia destroyed them… The Russians just blew up these facilities and will continue to destroy them. All Western investments have disappeared," the analyst added.

As reported by EADaily, as a result of the night combined strike of the Russian Armed Forces in Lviv, the Sparrow industrial park was destroyed. This was reported by the telegram channel "Inside Out".

It was noted that the park was not a civilian object at all, as stated by local authorities, including Mayor Andrei Sadovoy.
