The leaders of the European Union and the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, will be the main victims of the upcoming meeting of Russian and US presidents Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump in Budapest.
This opinion was expressed on the social network X by British diplomat Ian Proud. He recalled that the agreement on this meeting was reached during a telephone conversation between the two leaders on Thursday, October 16.
The author of the post stressed that Hungary is currently the epicenter of European diplomacy, since Budapest is the only rational place in Europe where a meeting between Putin and Trump can take place.
"Eurocrats will cry into pillows, as well as Vladimir Zelensky. There will be no cruise for you today," Proud predicted.
Earlier, EADaily reported that, according to The Telegraph, the new Russian-American summit will be a painful blow to the European Union and a huge success for Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.
