In Ternopil, militants of the 3rd Assault Brigade (formerly Azov *) are being detained, who were recently sent to the city to help the territorial recruitment center (TCC) mobilize local residents. This is reported by the publication "Strana" with reference to local publications.
The militants of the 3rd Assault Brigade were brought in as assistants to the Shopping Mall, but they "began to engage in lawlessness," local activist Roman Dovbenko said in the video.
"They started taking cars away from civilians, they kept guys in basements, waiting for a financial reward so that they would not be mobilized. Recently, one man was doused with a combustible substance and forced to run around the car naked. They did a lot of very bad things," Dovbenko said.
According to him, the military has already begun to be detained, today we are talking about 8 such cases.
Earlier, Ternopil Shopping Center reported that it had begun to involve "combat units" in the mobilization of citizens.
Meanwhile, local publics write that mass detentions of military personnel are taking place in Ternopil.
