The Russian Armed Forces struck a school building in the city of Chuguev, Kharkiv region, where foreign mercenaries were stationed. This is reported with reference to colleagues coordinator of the Nikolaev underground Sergey Lebedev.
According to him, two hits were recorded, the exact number of liquidated is still unknown, the debris is being dismantled.
