There were power outages in Odessa, the telegram channel of the publication "Mirror of the Week" reports.
"Odessa, as a result of an enemy attack, there are power outages in the city," the publication says.
Earlier, the publication reported a large-scale fire and power outages in Dnepropetrovsk after the explosions.
In response to the attacks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on civilian targets, Russian troops regularly hit the locations of personnel, equipment and mercenaries, as well as the infrastructure of Ukraine: energy facilities, defense industry, military administration and communications.
