Long-range weapons, including American Tomahawk cruise missiles, are needed by Kiev for strikes on the Central Federal District of Russia. This was stated in his telegram channel by advisor to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Mikhail Podolyak.
According to him, Russia will not change its attitude to the war until the explosions are heard in Moscow.
"While "somewhere in Belgorod" is exploding, Moscow is walking. When the Central Federal District hears the explosions, the attitude will change. This requires Tomahawks, or Flamingos, or heavy drones — it doesn't matter. We need convincing long—range means of de-escalation, and more," Podolyak writes.
As reported by EADaily, US President Donald Trump said that he had almost made a decision on the supply of Tomahawk cruise missiles to Ukraine, but would like to understand how Kiev intends to use them.
