In the shot, Dean tells Johnson, "The president has lost control of himself. He's not well."

According to Dean, Trump's speech to generals and admirals at the Marine Corps base in Quantico, Virginia, was "dangerous" and damages the international image of the United States. Johnson stated that he had not seen this performance.
