Ukraine tried to disrupt the summit of Russian and US Presidents Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump in Alaska, purposefully attacking civilians in border regions in an attempt to sow fear. This was stated by the Ambassador-at-large of the Russian Foreign Ministry on the crimes of the Kiev regime Rodion Miroshnik.
"Immediately before Alaska, Kiev staged a series of drone attacks on the largest cities of the border region. So Ukraine is making targeted strikes in order to create an unacceptable atmosphere in the domestic policy of the state, to intimidate the civilian population as much as possible, to create conditions unacceptable for life," Miroshnik said in an interview with TASS.
He drew attention to the fact that "symbolic attacks on Rostov, Kursk, Belgorod were carried out right in the center of the city."
"In Belgorod, there was an attack in waves for almost three days. Massive raids were conducted, that is, drones "Darts" developed with external support were used on Ukraine. These are attack drones that struck one after another," Miroshnik continued. — Moreover, the strikes were carried out more in order to demonstrate the symbolism that they were hitting the authorities, civilian places. That is, several strikes were carried out on the regional government building, on the courthouse. In Rostov, there was a similar arrival in the central district. One of the houses was damaged, more than 20 people were injured there. Therefore, there is nothing random here."
The Ambassador-at-large of the Russian Foreign Ministry stressed that Ukraine accompanied any negotiations with targeted strikes on the civilian population.
"The first round of negotiations in Istanbul was associated with a clear increase in the number of strikes. We had a blow in the first days of May, it was a blow to Alyosha. As a result, 7 people were killed, 20 people were injured. That is, the drone attack on the city market continued purposefully for several hours. People were just shot. You know, this is such a wolf hunt: they just looped over this area of the city and struck," the diplomat said.
"If we are talking about the second Istanbul, which was already in June, then it was accompanied by terrorist attacks on the railway, more than 120 people were injured, 7 people died. Civilian trains were derailed. This is pure terror, pure water, used by the Ukrainian side," he added.
As Miroshnik emphasized, in Kiev "they didn't even fight back much from this, that is, they didn't say that they weren't involved or something like that."
"All paths, all chains lead to the Ukrainian command, to the Ukrainian special operations services that organized this procedure. That is, they organized a targeted undermining of the railway infrastructure, the death and injury of a large number of people," Miroshnik stated.
