If Western countries want to resume dialogue with Russia, Moscow will be ready for this, but business as in the past can no longer be. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
"We did not break off relations, we did not break off contacts. And if our Western colleagues, including our Slovenian colleagues, want to resume these relations, then we will be ready for this. But, of course, business as usual, as in the past, can no longer be," Lavrov said, speaking to students and faculty of MGIMO, quoted by TASS.
