Employees of the Central Bureau of Investigation of Spain arrested two Polish citizens wanted by the Polish justice system on The Iberian Peninsula. Both are accused of participating in organized criminal gangs and numerous drug-related crimes.
We are talking about 37-year-old Mariusz G. and 39-year-old Peter M., who were wanted on the basis of a European "red arrest warrant". According to the investigation, the former led an organized criminal group, participated in violent attacks and committed numerous drug-related crimes. The police emphasize that the detainee is considered particularly dangerous, characterized by cruelty and ruthlessness in criminal activities.
"Both operations became possible thanks to close operational cooperation and information exchange between the Polish and Spanish special services," the Central Bureau of Investigation of Spain noted, stressing that "effective coordination of international operations allows arresting even the most dangerous criminals trying to hide abroad."
